No one is that good or has arrived that far to be that holy to have the ministry gift of talk to the hand.
Church! what say you!
This doesn’t mean your so wise to claim how holy you think you may be. If you use the Word of God to oppress people, you are out of touch with them. There are a few false narratives that has been historically taught to oppress others in and out of the Church. Claiming you are scholars of the Bible and History. Stop scattering His Sheep.
Some church people think they are walking on holy ground, but in reality, walking in their own filth.
Instead of showing them the hand, take them by the hand.
“Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace but a sword! For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law, and a man’s enemies will be the members of his household. Matthew 10:34-36
Then Jesus said to them, “When I sent you out with no money bag, or traveler’s bag, or sandals, you didn’t lack anything, did you?” They replied, “Nothing.” He said to them, “But now, the one who has a money bag must take it, and likewise a traveler’s bag too.
And the one who has no sword must sell his cloak and buy one. For I tell you that this scripture must be fulfilled in me, ‘And he was counted with the transgressors.’ For what is written about me is being fulfilled.” So they said, “Look, Lord, here are two swords.” Then he told them, “It is enough.” Luke 22:35-38
Today, are we seeing one party against the other, or is the battle going elsewhere? Perhaps the spirit of the antichrist trying to take root in our Land. The Spirit of the Lord is pushing back to establish His borders with in our country for His Church.
The Lord got me up around 3am with a couple of thoughts a few nights ago.
“Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace but a ⚔️ SWORD ⚔️ ! For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law, and a man’s enemies will be the members of his household. Matthew 10:34-36
Does this passage seem familiar today?
First thought: How does a Christian become a agnostic? Is it the secular world view in the church? This agnostic view doesn’t lie with just unbelievers, its believers within the church, who may have lost the first love and transformed into a lukewarm passive member of the body, those who, really do not believe that He is, who He says He is, the I AM. They believe in a God, but doesn’t believe He is by their lack of trust, is faith alone enough? Is Jesus Christ the Rock, or is it the NATURAL sinking sand they trust. Not remembering His omnipresence and His supernatural power? They’re not sure if God exists for them. It is those who say they believe yet don’t by their actions or lack of, for instance, ministry gifts of talk to the hand, judging and condembing everyone that doesnt conform to their ideals. Is this what’s being talked about, concerning the Laodiceans?
They will either run away and say the church is burning or they will fight the fire with the fire of their hearts.
Second thought: Right at this moment in time the Spirit of the Lord is allowing a kindling beneath the pews of the church, allowing the fire of persecution to be sampled for what’s to come. Do you see brother against brother, do you see a family member against the other, once were friends and now your not, and get this, there are also be believers against believers. This is the spirit of the antichrist lead way by the false prophetess Jezebel. Water it down, divide it and conquer in the body of Christ. The saints will either get up and run and say the church is burning or they will take action and fight the fire with the fervor being kindled in their own hearts, and develop some skilled firefighting.
I am not voting on skin color, Im not voting on how old you are, I am not voting on gender. I AM NOT VOTING ON FLESH! I am voting on the Spirit of Faith and what is tried and true. I see the fruit of flesh and carnality and I see the fruit if the Spirit. Choice and decision does matter.
You were born of a virgin in humble surroundings. You walked among us as one of us.
You were ordained by your Father in a river through a lowly man preparing your people with the good news of your arrival has come.
For 40 days and 40 nights you brought yourself to a place of the churning tempest in your soul, in the vessel of your Father’s hands he sailed you on to the other side for the sake of your feet to lead you onto the rest of your way, the truth and the life.
You began your journey by giving us instruction, words to take to heart, and the meaning of life and love, with plenty of your Father’s virtue to go around amongst those who believed.
You started by speaking to us on a mountain about kingdom blessings to those who walked in the presence of God. You provided to the multitudes with loafs and fishes with much from the little. You have spoken to us of great mysteries; that the least shall became the greatest and the last became first.
You healed the sick, raised the dead, caused the lame to walk, mended the broken, gave sight to the blind. You restored our hearts, and gave us hope to take our journey on.
Weary from our journey you called us to come and find comfort and rest. Your message to us was the kingdom of God is within all’s grasp, and from your burden we bear, we will be put at ease.
You broke bread and drank from one cup with those closest to you, knowing one will deny and another betray. And chose to drink from another cup following, knowing the first cup from your brokenness will be poured out for all.
You prayed in a garden of a olive press, as the weight of the world bares down on you with the pressure of what is to come.
You were dragged into the courts of a earthly kingdom, with your righteousness only a stone’s throw away. Being bound and beaten, your flesh was striped, you were spat upon by your own people for this very reason; the power to forgive and proclaimed the kingdom of heaven is here to reside within the hearts of all men.
All power and authority were transferred from the religious authority and placed on you by your Father. From their jealousy, you were put in prison, given a crown of thorns, and stripped naked.
You were judged by your own brethren. Given a cross to carry, to which your hands and feet were nailed. You were executed next to two criminals, of which one who is in your presence this day, by your own mouth, to be the first to enter paradise because your sacrifice made for him. You gave up your life and it was yours to give, for an unruly ragtag generation.
Your last words to your Father was of forgiveness and feeling forsaken, and your final chapter on earth has come to a completion.
Your side was pierced and your blood ran from the cross to your mercy seat to seal the everlasting promise.
You spent three days and nights in the belly of darkness, sadness and distress. To taken up our cup of wrath upon you, so that from it we all will be spared. Your Father called out to you and revealed your glory, you bruised your heel on the neck of the one who deceived us, and in doing so you grabbed the keys that bound us in death and a life without fellowship in God. You rose on that day to give back all that was lost to us.
